Call For Papers

We are pleased to announce the second International Conference on Innovative and Intelligent Information Technologies (IC3IT’26), to be held on March 26-28, 2026, at Hammamet, Tunisia. The conference aims to provide a platform for researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to exchange ideas, present their latest findings, and discuss challenges and opportunities in the rapidly evolving field of innovative and intelligent information technologies.
This conference is organized by:

  • Faculty of Science of Tunis, University of Tunis El Manar, Tunisia.
  • Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, University of Batna 2, Algeria.

In partnership with the LIPAH (FST) and SyScom (ENIT) laboratories.

We invite high-quality contributions from researchers, practitioners, and industry experts in the form of:

  • Original Research Papers: Novel theoretical or empirical studies advancing the state of the art.
  • Case Studies: Real-world implementations, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Practitioner Perspectives: Insights from industry professionals on emerging trends, best practices, and practical applications.

Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts should describe original work and should be no more than 6 pages in the IEEE double-column proceedings format, including tables, figures, and references. Papers can be submitted directly to: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=i2cit
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the paper. Only papers that are registered and presented will be published in the conference proceedings. Accepted papers will be included in the IC3IT 2026 proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
