The Second International Conference on Innovative and Intelligent Information Technologies (IC3IT’26) is scheduled to be held on March 26–28, 2026, in Hammamet, Tunisia, in a hybrid format (in-person and virtual).
- Each presenting author must pay a non-refundable registration fee.
- Only registered papers will be included in the conference program.
- At least one Full Registration is required for an accepted paper to appear in the conference proceedings.
- Authors of accepted papers must register by selecting either Full Registration (IEEE Member or Non-Member) or Student Full Registration to ensure their paper is included in the program.
- A document confirming your student position must be sent by email to: ic3it.conf@gmail.com
- Papers without a completed registration will not be included in the proceedings, which will be published in the IEEE Xplore database.
- Accepted papers that are not presented at the conference will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
- One registration covers the presentation of only one paper.
- A maximum of one additional paper may be presented per Full Registration.
Registration fee includes
- Entrance to all sessions of the conference, including presentations from a diverse group of international researchers and talks from guest speakers.
- Publication of a conference paper in the conference proceedings.
- An electronic copy of the conference proceedings.
- Participation certificate and certificate of attendance
- Conference kit ( Notepad, Abstract booklet, Pen).
- Hotel full board accommodation: Three nights (March 25, March 26 and March 27) and coffee breaks for onsite attendees.

For accompanying persons, the following rates apply:
- Adult: 180 TND (70 EUR) per night for a double room, full board.
- Single room supplement: +65 TND (25 EUR) per night.
- Children under 2 years: free of charge.
- Children aged 2–12 years: 50% discount when sharing a room with two adults, 20% discount when sharing with one adult.
